DEPOSITS are transferable but NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits are applied towards your final bill. 7 days notice is required for date changes. In the event of a date change, your party must be held within 60 days of the original date. After 60 days, your deposit will be forfeited.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK, except for a Birthday Cake & Ice Cream. In the event of a food allergy, please contact management for approval for the allergic child ONLY. If we provide you with written consent via email, please bring consent email to the event.
RESERVATION TIME: Your party area will be ready at the start of your reserved time; early entry into the party room is not permitted. Early entry to the rink before opening is not permitted. Skating time is unlimited- your party is welcome to join us prior to your reservation time, starting at the beginning of the skating session. At the conclusion of your reserved table time, please move to the general seating area. Tables are reserved for 1 hour and 50 minutes. If you arrive late, we cannot grant extended time in the party room. Please clear your tables within your allotted time- other families may be waiting to host their party at the same tables and our staff needs time to sanitize & set the tables for the next guest. We reserve the right to charge $3 per minute for time overage.
SOCKS are required to use the facility. If children arrive without socks they will not be able to skate, but admission will still apply. Socks are available for $/pair. Children 2-5 years old require direct PARENT supervision.
CONFETTI, SILLY STRING, CHEWING GUM AND/OR NOISEMAKERS ARE NOT ALLOWED. If you opt to make your own favor bags, these must not be given to your guests until they are EXITING the facility. We have favor bags available for purchase that may be distributed at any time.

ALLERGIES: Items containing peanuts and other tree nuts ARE SOLD in the rink (pre-packaged items such as candy bars).
BILLING: Children over 36 inches in height are required to wear a wristband or pay admission.
Final payment is due at the conclusion of your event. We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. *Credit card information is NOT kept on file. To pay by credit card a card must be PRESENT AT FINAL BILLING. We do not accept personal checks. Coupons must be presented upon arrival. Only one coupon may be used per package. Gratuities are not included, are at the discretion of the customer, and appreciated.
SUPERVISION/DISCIPLINE: It is the responsibility of the party hosts to supervise and discipline patrons while using the facility. Roller City rules and policies must be observed and followed by all guests at all times. Roller City is supervised- however, adult supervision is strongly suggested. Patrons may bring their own skates or in-lines. All personal equipment must be inspected by Roller City staff prior to use, and must be clean, in good repair, and not damaged from outdoor use. Razor scooters are NOT allowed.
COVID-19 GUIDELINES When entering our facility, you are assuming all risks associated with COVID-19 and are aware that you may be exposed to and/or contract COVID-19; Roller City is not responsible for any injury or illness. Patrons are encouraged and welcome to wear a mask. Roller Skating is considered exercise so they are not required to enter the facility. Please note there may be patrons in the facility not wearing masks. The party room is disinfected between parties and hand sanitizer is available for use throughout the rink.
